1. Use of MermaidYourself

MermaidYourself can generate images (“Generations”) based on text you provide and images you upload.

2. Age Requirements

By accessing the Services, you confirm that you’re at least 16 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are not old enough to consent to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to this Agreement on your behalf. If you’re a parent or legal guardian and you allow your teenager to use the Services, then these terms also apply to you and you’re responsible for your teenager’s activity.

No assurances are made as to the suitability of the Generations for you.

3. Use of Images

Generations are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

Save, share, or display Generations for personal enjoyment.

Use Generations for personal creative projects (e.g., mood boards, personal art, social media, or private collections).

You may not:

Sell or license Generations.

Use Generations in advertisements, marketing, branding, or promotional materials.

Incorporate Generations into products or services offered for sale.

4. General Usage Guidelines

MermaidYourself must not be used for:

NSFW, lewd, or sexual material.

Hateful or violent imagery (e.g., antisemitic iconography, racist caricatures, misogynistic/misandrist propaganda).

5. No Infringing or Harmful Use

You may not use MermaidYourself in ways that infringe on others’ rights or cause harm. Examples include:

Submitting Uploads you do not have the rights to.

Uploading images of people without their consent.

Violations may result in deletion of content, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

We or our licensors retain ownership of MermaidYourself and its content, including all intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. User-Generated Content

We do not claim ownership of User-Generated Content.

You grant us a license to use such content for the limited purpose of operating, developing, and improving MermaidYourself.

You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that it does not infringe on others’ rights.

We may remove content or suspend access if your use violates these Terms.

8. Feedback

By submitting Feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use it in any form.

10. No Guarantees

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflicts of law.
